Artists, musicians, poets, performers, and creative citizens are invited to participate in the ARTICA Festival— a multidisciplinary outdoor arts festival. All are welcome to create, participate, and celebrate artistic expression!

PROPOSALS
An application is required for artists seeking funding to support their project at ARTICA. Proposals submitted by the funding deadline will be reviewed by an independent jury.
Artists who are not selected for funding will still be invited to participate in the festival. ARTICA is committed to maintaining an open and inclusive platform for creative expression, regardless of funding status.
JURIED REVIEW AND FUNDING
The deadline to submit for funding is Monday, July 6th at 11:59 PM. Proposals are reviewed and selected by an independent jury of community members who are dedicated to the arts in St. Louis. Funds are granted to individuals and collaborative teams for art proposals that excel in the following areas:
+ Works which stress community involvement
+ Interactive or participatory nature of work
+ Relevance to the history and culture of the site or the Mississippi River
+ Experimental nature of work
+ Originality of concept
+ Strength of design

This is a commerce-free festival, nothing is bough tor sold on site.
This is a 2-day outdoor festival at an underused urban landscape transformed through art.
Applications are due July 6th
You are welcome to request any amount that supports your project; however, most awards typically range between $600 and $1,200.
Full and partial amounts rewarded.
